It takes a big heart to help shape little minds...
Christine Weston
Program Director
Christine's love for children and knowledge of development of the preschool-aged child help her to create an environment that is child-centered and developmentally appropriate.
Christine is a former Special Educator, Behavior Specialist, and Home Trainer. She holds a degree in Special Education, and certification in Young Children With Special Needs. In addition to directing the program at Jacob's Ladder, Christine also teaches both of our 4 year old classes!
Pamela Skwiot
Substitute Teacher
Pam has been teaching at Jacob's Ladder Learning Center for over 10 years. She attended Boston University School of Education where she studied Early Childhood Education. Although Pam has made the difficult decision to step away from the classroom as a Lead Teacher, we are blessed to have her stay on at Jacob's Ladder as a Substitute Teacher.
When not teaching preschool, Pam enjoys volunteering, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family, including her two children who are Jacob's Ladder graduates!
